In November 2023, Mark & Cristina hosted a co-design workshop at Switchboard Studios as the first step in the production of a feasibility study for an indoor skatepark in Walthamstow, for Everyone on Boards CIC.
The purpose of the workshop was to ‘re-kick-start’ the project after COVID and have a discussion around what spaces and uses could be included - and what social value they can bring, ahead of a second workshop which will be focussed around the actual design of the skate elements.
The workshop was split into three sections as below:

A participatory table-top exercise based around what spaces the project should include and a forum for workshop attendees to provide ideas and feedback
